1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the SpeakItEasy app, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is used for language learning using Artificial Intelligence technology. It offers real-time conversation practice, vocabulary learning, pronunciation training, and other learning modes. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App offers free daily limits and paid subscriptions with extended access.
• Payments are handled by Google Play Store / Apple App Store via the RevenueCat platform.
• Subscription cancellation takes place in the user's Google/Apple account settings.

4. Limitation of Liability (Important!)

• AI Errors: AI teacher responses, pronunciation scores, and translations are generated by AI (Google Gemini). We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. The App is a learning aid tool, not a certified language course.
• Availability: We do not guarantee constant availability of AI services, which depends on third-party providers.

5. Fair Use

It is forbidden to attempt to bypass limits, decompile the application, or use it for illegal purposes. It is also forbidden to abuse community features (e.g., leaderboards, Buddy mode).
