Terms of Service — IPTV Deck

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IPTV Deck mobile application ("the App"), operated by ZS Software ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What IPTV Deck is

IPTV Deck is a media player only. The App:

• does not host, provide, supply, distribute, control, curate, or endorse any channels, streams, media, or other content;
• ships with no channels or playlists of its own;
• plays only the content that you add, by supplying your own playlist URLs, M3U files, or Xtream Codes credentials obtained from third-party providers with whom we have no relationship.

We have no knowledge of, and no control over, the content available through the sources you add.

2. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• the playlists, streams, and credentials you add to the App and the content you access through them;
• ensuring you have the legal right to access, stream, and view that content in your jurisdiction;
• complying with all applicable laws, and with the terms of your content and network providers.

You agree not to use the App to access, store, or distribute content you are not authorized to use, or for any unlawful purpose. If you are unsure whether a source is legal in your country, do not use it.

3. No responsibility for third-party content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility or liability for any third-party content, playlists, streams, or services accessed through the App, including their legality, availability, accuracy, or quality. Any dispute regarding such content is solely between you and the relevant third party.

4. Accounts

You may sign in with Google or Apple to sync your playlists, favorites, watch history, and settings across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, or by contacting us.

5. Subscriptions and payments

The App offers an optional IPTV Deck Premium subscription and/or one-time purchase.

• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. We do not receive or store your payment details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• You manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID / Google account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies.

6. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple/Google billing, and optionally OpenSubtitles for subtitle search). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular source will work.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App or any content accessed through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or its cloud services if you breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account as described above.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
